Košice is inspirational - in many directions and at many levels. With its history, architecture, personalities who were creative or who are still creating, or by the genius loci itself. We can see Košice as the crossing of old routes, a crossroads between East and West. We feel the city centre and its atmosphere, as described by the famous Košice-born Sándor Márai – close to other historic towns in the region as well as the omnipresent countryside. From experience, we know that genuine Košice citizens, wherever they are, carry their city in their hearts. All this (and even more) will be included in our concept which will be rich and diverse. We would like to make the people of Košice happy and surprise all those who visit Košice. We will offer a programme, thanks to which they will feel like they are in the heart of Europe when they are in Košice.
