Location: MoscowDigital Marketing Manager
As Kaspersky Lab’s sales and marketing functions continue to move towards a digital-first philosophy, we are now looking for a senior candidate as our Digital Marketing Manager for the Russia and Middle East, Turkey & Africa (‘META’) regions, to deliver digital growth across the regions. As part of the global Digital Marketing organization, extensive experience in the digital & e-Commerce domain is essential, in order to define and drive initiatives as part of Kaspersky Lab’s digital and web strategy. The successful candidate will provide best-in-class support and guidance to business stakeholders, be a subject expert and trusted point of contact for stakeholders with regards to digital sales strategies.
The candidate will contribute guidance and ideas to jointly shape regional roadmaps of digital activities, having an expert understanding of the range of ecommerce and lead-generation tactics and techniques required to achieve impactful and successful programs.
This role is responsible for providing consultation at executive, managerial and operational levels to provide business growth solutions to key business customers. The role will work across all parts of the business from consumer-focused ecommerce programs to B2B lead-gen activities and campaigns. It also includes advising on strategic direction and initiatives to senior management, delivering within the overall company strategies in those segments. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders across the Russia and Middle East, Turkey & Africa (‘META’) regions, ensuring success against targets.
Proactively understand stakeholder group’s strategy and goals, and participate in shaping the digital roadmap as the digital expert to the stakeholder. Provide input and insights that help ensure programs/projects are optimal. This includes, and is not limited to, web conversion rate optimization, display advertising, paid search, and SEO.
Proactively develop and execute short, medium and long-term business plans to exceed regional targets. Track ongoing progress against targets and close any gaps to target that may arise.
Set SMART Business KPIs against every project, and analyse delivery against those KPIs at the end of every project for the region.
Understand long-term vision for the regional business at Kaspersky, and align Digital Marketing activities against that vision.
Develop the trust of stakeholders by continually adding value, while integrating yourself as a virtual member of the team and planning processes.
Continually look for new ways that the digital channel (not just Digital Marketing team) can help stakeholders achieve their goals.
Stay up-to-date an all current industry trends, and participate in conversations around future direction, to ensure we are a best-in-class digital department.
Have in-depth knowledge of all working practices, programs, deliverables & results of all other teams in the department: Media, Web, Analytics, Web Performance, Project Management, in order to explain & evangelise how the department works and supports the regional businesses.
Ensure adherence to digital best practices and coach/educate stakeholders.
5+ years’ relevant experience as an agency account director or senior client-side customer-facing role.
10+ years in digital area ideally in an ecommerce setting or digital agency environment.
University educated in a related field, or equivalent level qualification.
Strong background in web conversion rate optimization, Display Advertising, Paid Search & SEO.
Experience with attribution modelling and advanced analytics is essential to ensure a data-driven approach to all activity. Experience with VisualIQ, Rakuten Attribution, DC Storm & Convertro is desired.
Proven track record of identifying, developing and delivering major opportunities
Proven track-record of delivering sales campaigns, both ecommerce and lead-generation.
Experience of leading and executing projects of digital transformation and raising digital capability across teams.
Experience of working in virtual teams, and of working remotely with overseas-based resources & stakeholders.
Proven ability as change agent, strong leader and influencer and innovator. Experience leading teams, both direct and virtual is desirable.
Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken, and fluency in other relevant languages is a strong plus.
Persuasive communicator, both orally and in writing. Confident presenting arguments and options to senior audiences and ability to stand their ground where appropriate when challenged.
Passionate about the role of ecommerce in business transformation and establishing best practices.
Ability to prioritize and execute multiple programs in a highly dynamic environment.
Strong problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions and outcomes.
Able to travel within designated territory and able to work with the minimum of supervision
