We are looking for a bright, ambitious CREATIVE ARTWORKER who would like to work within our talented,
friendly team. You will be a key contributor to the team, juggling multiple artworking and design requests
in a supremely organised fashion and will possess a meticulous attention to detail, as well as an eye
for layout and typography, plus a strong interest in design.
You will also be expected to understand requirements and produce artwork to match specifications,
whilst quality controlling your own work.
You’ll need an excellent working knowledge of industry standard software including InDesign, Illustrator
and Photoshop.
The ideal candidate will have first class artwork skills, will come from a design agency background
or similar and will have studied a recognised graphic design qualification at university or college.
You will need to be able to demonstrate varied work in your portfolio.
What you'll be doing:
Edit and prepare artwork across a range of media including print, online and digital
Develop design projects to a high standard
Ensure all brand guidelines are maintained and adhered to
Quality assurance of all work, ensuring absolute accuracy with no typographical errors and/or design/layout mistakes
Management of smaller projects, guiding the client lead with regard to design, ensuring quality of the final product
Artwork delivery using Adstream Quickprint/Pagestore or other delivery methods (training will be given)
What you will need:
Excellent academic credentials, particularly in graphic design
Experience in producing work to an excellent standard for print and digital media
Great layout and typography skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the print/publishing process and proficiency in Adobe InDesign,
Illustrator and Photoshop
