Summary/ Responsibilities:

Right brainer, left brainer – no brainer! Your desk sits at the intersection of big ideas and even bigger
results; you’re just as excited about seeing things happen as you are about dreaming and drawing them up.
And we need you to inspire some folks here in our San Francisco office.

As Associate Creative Director, you’re a leader that follows the burgeoning trends in the industry
while inspiring your colleagues to think bigger. We’ll expect you to help develop creative efforts that
align with business strategy, IA/technical specifications, usability requirements, and quality assurance…
not to mention our clients’ needs and expectations. By encouraging collaboration between disciplines,
you’ll assist your peers in other departments with the growth of our business across all assigned accounts.

Now, we want you because you bring brilliant art and conceptual direction to the table.
But you’ve also got to have an eye for what’s hot and happening outside the conference room
in terms of emerging trends in the social/viral space as well as new technologies.
You’ll manage time and people across various projects at all times, so your calendar is your best friend.
Your presentation skills are top notch. And Photoshop? You fiddle with it in your sleep. Most of all,
you should know your way around mentoring and advising a motley crew of other creative team
members – their ideas and contributions will be your biggest project.

Creative Director/ Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented person who will be responsible for all aspects of the visual branding
and can take a leadership role in conceptualizing, creative development, art direction, copywriting,
graphic design, and production across a wide spectrum of mediums including print, packaging,
point-of-sale, digital, and interactive.

The position reports to the VP of Marketing is based in our corporate offices in Lindon, Utah.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field from an accredited school
• 15+ years of applicable experience managing staff in a corporate or consulting office, including
time in a senior-level position that demonstrates managerial capability
• Experience working with sporting goods brands is strongly preferred
• An inspiring, dynamic, creative, forward-thinking, and visionary person

Awards, and 45 FWA Site of the Day awards, three Site of the Months, and one FWA People's Choice

We're looking for a Creative Director to join our growing team on a full-time basis in New York.

The Role

You will be spearheading pitches and projects for some of the top clients and agencies in the world. You will work alongside our developers, designers, producers, directors and animators to create world-class immersive interactive experiences and software.

You should live and breathe digital and have a strong knowledge of all the emergent trends and technologies
in the interactive space.
You are comfortable concepting from scratch as well as responding to detailed agency briefs.
You have a keenly developed aesthetic sense and a practitioners background in design,
coding, film/animation or copywriting.
You can lead while fostering a creative and collaborative environment that thrives on an exchange of ideas.

Requirements:

• You have strong writing and presentation skills;
• You love to pitch and win new work;
• You are fluent in the practical aspects of concepting, design, development, motion and film production;
• You have practical experience leading teams of all experience levels;
• You have practical, hands-dirty experience with interactive art direction and design or creative technology;
• A killer portfolio;

This position requires at least 4+ years experience as a creative in an agency or production
company environment.
