ART DIRECTOR
Happylatte is looking for a passionate and highly talented Art Director to join us in Beijing.
As an Art Director, you will be deeply involved in every step of the game creation process,
from early designs on napkins to marketing and shipping the final product.
You will be equipped with a small team of dedicated, highly skilled and motived artists.
ABOUT THE JOB
Broad understanding of global habits, fashion, music, art and other trends that can keep Happylatte
games truly fresh, global and unique.

Work closely together with both Producer and Creative Director to create and drive the art direction for Happylatte Games.
Mentor, guide, and inspire artists to push their minds and tools to the limit to help effectively create high quality, engaging games.
Ensure each member of the art team understands the artistic vision, stylistic direction and other requirements for each game.
Establish best practices and ensure the art team maintains a high level of visual and technical quality.
Work closely with Art Producer to improve the art pipeline.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s Degree in Art or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
3+ years of experience as an Art Director.
Shipped 2+ game titles, or comparable entertainment products.
Excellent skills in 2D and/or 3D art design and execution.
Able to make quick decisions and rapid iterations.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to clearly communicate art style and art direction.
Fluent in Chinese and/or English.
Passionate about playing games and making great products!
